I was at work the other day when the phone rings and on the caller ID it says Macy's, when I answer the lady on the other end seems really confused and asks if this is Macy's. (Lady you called me From Macy's how could we be Macy's)

So I call up this woman for my business for the first time. She says I was just calling you. I am thinking no you don't know me and tell her no I think you are mistaken. She says isn't this John, I said no and told her my name. She says sorry and hangs up on me. WTF

ok, when you go to ask someone a question make sure u know where u r... someone approached the information desk to ASK where the information desk IS!!! WTF???
